She secured a resounding victory in the SRC presidential election, defeating her opponents by a commanding margin of over 6,000 votes, reflecting overwhelming confidence in her vision and leadership among the student body.
Her victory marks another significant milestone in Ghana’s student leadership history. Jude Michelle becomes the first alumna of Aburi Girls’ Senior High School to contest the SRC presidential position at KNUST. She is also the first Aburi Girls’ SHS alumna to be elected SRC President at any university in Ghana since the school’s establishment in 1946, ending an 80-year wait for such a landmark achievement.
