Accra Technical University (ATU) requires all students to link their Ghana Card to the iCampus system for proper identification, record verification, and compliance with national and institutional policies.
If you are an ATU student and have not yet added your Ghana Card details to iCampus, this guide will walk you through the process step by step.
Requirements Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- Your Ghana Card (physical card)
- Your Ghana Card ID number
- Your ATU iCampus login details
- A phone or computer with internet access
Step-by-Step Procedure to Add Ghana Card on iCampus
Step 1: Visit the ATU iCampus Portal
Open your browser and go to:
https://icampus.atu.edu.gh/
Step 2: Log In to Your iCampus Account
Enter:
- Your Student ID
- Your Password
Then click Login.
Step 3: Go to Your Profile / Biodata Section
After logging in:
- Navigate to Profile, Biodata, or Personal Information
- Look for a section labeled Ghana Card, National ID, or Identification Details
Step 4: Enter Your Ghana Card Details
Input:
- Your Ghana Card Number (GHA-XXXXXXXXX-X)
- Ensure the number is correct and complete
Do not use another person’s Ghana Card.
Step 5: Save or Update Information
Click Save, Update, or Submit to store your details.
Wait for the confirmation message.
Step 6: Verify Your Entry
- Reload the page
- Confirm that your Ghana Card number is displayed correctly in your profile
If You Face Any Challenges
If the Ghana Card field is not available or your details are not saving:
- Visit the ICT / iCampus Support Office at ATU
- Or report to your Departmental Office
- Go with your Ghana Card and Student ID
Important Notes for Students
- Always use your own Ghana Card
- Wrong entries can delay registration and verification
- Do not wait until deadlines
- Once updated, changes may require official approval
