In a significant leadership appointment, Emmanuel Oppong Dapaah has been named the Speaker for the 2024/2025 General Assembly under the administration of SRC President Abdulai Razak, popularly known as Green Effect.
During his appointment ceremony, Dapaah pledged to work diligently in his new role as Speaker, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and hard work to ensure the General Assembly serves its purpose effectively.
In his acceptance speech, he stated, “I am committed to working harder as the Speaker and ensuring that the General Assembly achieves its objectives of representing the student body and fostering progress at Accra Technical University.”
This appointment marks a key step in shaping the legislative arm of the SRC for the 2024/2025 academic year and reflects the administration’s focus on effective leadership and student representation.
