The management of ATR Hostels has reaffirmed its commitment to providing a comfortable, secure, and student-friendly environment for both new and continuing residents. The facility is fully furnished and designed to meet the needs of modern students, offering rooms equipped with air conditioning, spacious wardrobes, and study areas.According to the official release, water utilities are included in the hostel fees, though the rates cover accommodation only. Students are required to bring along personal clothing, cooking utensils, and food items. Management further stated that all service and maintenance fees must be paid directly to the Facility Manager’s Office, where receipts will be issued upon payment.
Below is the approved breakdown of the hostel rates for the 2025/2026 academic semesters:

Students are therefore required to make payments for each semester separately.
