Addressing dignitaries, lecturers, parents, and fellow students, Samuel expressed gratitude to God for bringing him through difficult times. He stated that his journey to the top was not easy, but through faith and determination, he was able to overcome every obstacle.

He shared that after completing senior high school in 2021, financial challenges made it difficult for him to continue his education. However, in 2022, he received support from the Gold Fields Ghana Foundation Scholarship Scheme, which gave him the opportunity to pursue his studies at Kumasi Technical University.
According to him, the scholarship came with strict academic demands, which pushed him to work harder. He explained that he spent many nights studying with little sleep and sometimes struggled with basic needs, but he remained focused because he did not want to lose the opportunity.
Samuel also spoke about the sacrifices of his parents, especially his father, a farmer who worked hard to support the family. He said this motivated him to stay committed to his education and make his family proud.

As a student of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he explained that his academic journey taught him important life lessons. He said that just like in engineering, where systems sometimes fail, life also comes with challenges, but with persistence and problem solving, success is possible.
In his message to fellow graduates, he advised them to take their financial lives seriously by learning how to save and invest. He also emphasized the importance of developing practical skills, noting that certificates alone are not enough in today’s world.
“Your certificate is your foundation, but your skills are your wings,” he said.
He encouraged graduates to pursue their dreams no matter how difficult they may seem and to move forward with courage, humility, and determination.
Samuel also expressed appreciation to his lecturers, mentors, friends, and family for their support throughout his academic journey. He described his success as a result of hard work, sacrifice, and the help of others.

He concluded by congratulating the Class of 2025 and wishing them success in their future endeavors, while calling on them to make a positive impact in society.
