ATU’s official HND requirements state that applicants must meet the required passes and grades for admission.

Resit Applicants Should Take Note
If you have a resit in your results, you cannot simply apply with the old result if the resit is needed to meet the admission requirements. You must write the resit and wait for the new result to appear before applying with the updated qualification.
Supporting Documents
Another mistake some applicants make is uploading only one result or one semester’s report when more complete academic documentation is required. Applicants should make sure they upload the relevant results and supporting documents requested on the application system.

- Entering incorrect names, grades or personal information.
- Uploading the wrong supporting documents.
- Using a poor or incorrect passport-size photograph.
- Failing to review the form before submitting.
- Not keeping a copy of the completed application summary.
How to Apply
Applicants should purchase the ATU e-voucher, visit the official application portal, log in with the voucher details, complete the form, upload the required documents, submit and keep a copy of the summary page. ATU currently lists the HND application voucher at GH₵230 and requires a 160×160px passport photo with a sea-blue background.
