ShareTweetShareShare

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has made it easier for candidates to check their West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results online. Follow these simple steps to access your 2024 WASSCE results using your phone:

Step 1: Obtain a WAEC Scratch Card or PIN

Purchase a WAEC scratch card or obtain a PIN from an authorized vendor. You will need the PIN and the serial number on the card to access your results.

Open your phone’s browser and navigate to the official WAEC results portal at https://ghana.waecdirect.org.

Step 3: Enter the Required Details

Once on the portal, input the following information:

  1. Index Number: Your unique examination number.
  2. Examination Year: Select the year of your examination (e.g., 2024).
  3. Examination Type: Choose “WASSCE SCHOOL” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Card Serial Number: Enter the serial number from your scratch card.
  5. PIN: Input the PIN from the scratch card.
  6. Verify Details: Double-check that all information entered is correct.

Step 4: Submit and View Results

Tap the Submit button to view your results. Your grades for each subject will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Save or Print Your Results

For future reference, take a screenshot of your results or save them as a PDF file.

This straightforward process ensures that candidates can conveniently access their results without visiting a WAEC office. Remember to keep your scratch card and login details secure to avoid unauthorized access.
