ADMISSION FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR AT ACCRA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY IS OPEN

Accra Technical University (ATU) has officially opened admissions for the 2025/2026 academic year. Interested applicants are advised to apply strictly through the online admission system.

Entry Requirements

Applicants are welcome from various academic and professional backgrounds. The entry requirements are categorized as follows:

Professional Programmes:

• International Certificate in Logistics and Transport
• HND/Degree holders
• Equivalent professional qualifications

Programme Duration:

• Two (2) semesters, each lasting fourteen (14) weeks
• Lectures held twice a week from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

• GCE ‘A’ Level Certificate
• Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE)
• West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)
• GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate

• Foreigner Certificates
• Adult Learners

Level 2 and Level 3:

• Level 1 Certificate
• Level 2 Certificate

Online Admission Instructions:

1. Purchase your e-voucher.
2. Log on to https://application.atu.edu.gh using the serial number and pin.
3. Complete the online application following the system’s steps.

• Bachelor of Technology – GH¢200.00
• HND – GH¢200.00
• Mature Applicants – GH¢200.00
• Diploma – GH¢200.00
• Non-Tertiary – GH¢200.00
• Pre-HND – GH¢200.00
• Professional Programmes – GH¢200.00
• International Applicants – Free

Mature Applicants Notice:
Mature applicants are required to pay GH¢600.00, which covers both tuition (classes) and the entrance examination. Payments should be made at Bank of Africa, Fidelity Bank, or Access Bank branches.

Important Deadline:
The closing date for online application and submission of completed forms is September 30, 2025.

Photo Upload Requirements:
All applicants must upload a passport picture with a sea-blue background, measuring 160×160 pixels, during the online application process.
