Student loans are available to eligible continuing students at Accra Technical University (ATU) and other tertiary institutions in Ghana through the Students Loan Plus programme under the government’s No Fees Stress Policy.

The programme, managed by the Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF), helps continuing students pay their academic fees, with approved loan amounts paid directly to their institutions.

Unlike the financial support provided to eligible first-year students under the No Academic Fees Policy, Students Loan Plus is repayable.

How to Apply for the Student Loan

Visit the official website: https://nofeesstress.sltf.gov.gh/
Locate the Students Loan Plus option.
Click on it and follow the application instructions.
Enter your personal and academic information.
Complete the required verification process.
Read and accept the loan terms and conditions.
Submit your application when the application window is open.
