Educational Background and Leadership at ATU
Kwabena is currently pursuing Electrical Engineering at Accra Technical University (ATU), where he distinguished himself as a transformative leader. From 2023 to 2024, he served as the Tescon President of ATU, leading the association with a strong focus on unity, political education, and student engagement.

His leadership on campus strengthened youth participation and positioned him as one of the most active student leaders of his year.
Teshie Technical Training Center: Early Engineering & Cadet Leadership
Before ATU, Kwabena studied Electrical Engineering at the Teshie Technical Training Center (T-Tech). His time there shaped much of his discipline and leadership identity.
Key highlights of his T-Tech journey include:
- Founding Member of the TTech Army Cadet Corps
- Assistant Physical Training Instructor (PTI) from 2019 to 2021
- In this role, he trained cadets, supported discipline, and coordinated major cadet activities.
These early leadership roles built the foundation for the strong public-service drive he is known for today.
Destiny Academy JHS: Leadership Beginnings
Kwabena’s leadership journey began long before tertiary education. During his time at Destiny Academy Junior High School, he served as the Compound Prefect (2017–2018)—a role that sparked his passion for responsibility, discipline, and youth development.


National Service: Leadership at the Local and Regional Level
During the 2024–2025 National Service year, Kwabena was posted to the DVLA Headquarters under the National Service Scheme (NSS). His service year became another period of impact as he took on high-level roles within the scheme:
- Vice President – Ladma Naspa (2024–2025)
- Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Greater Accra Regional Naspa (2024–2025)

In these roles, he championed youth welfare, communication, and inter-district coordination, earning respect among NASPA leaders across the region.
Community & Religious Engagement
Kwabena is also active in his community through the Presbyterian Church, Bethany Congregation (Teshie Nii Jorn). As a member of the YPG Sports and Entertainment Committee, he contributes to the development of young people through sports, events, and mentorship activities.
