How to Check Your 2026 WASSCE Results
Candidates can follow these steps to check their results:
- Visit the official WAEC results-checking portal.
- Enter your WASSCE Index Number.
- Select WASSCE as the examination type.
- Select 2026 as the examination year.
- Enter the Voucher Serial Number.
- Enter the PIN on the results-checking voucher.
- Confirm your index number and examination year.
- Click Submit and wait for your results to appear.

What Candidates Need

Candidates are advised to enter their details carefully, particularly the index number and examination year, to avoid errors while accessing the results.
Candidates With Withheld Results
WAEC has also published information concerning candidates whose 2026 WASSCE results have been withheld.
According to the Council, affected candidates are required to visit the WAEC irregularity platform and use the candidate login section for further information regarding their cases.
Candidates whose results have been withheld should therefore not assume that their results have been cancelled. They should follow the instructions provided by WAEC regarding the investigation and resolution of their cases.
Beware of Fake Results-Checking Services
Candidates and parents are also urged to be cautious of individuals who claim they can alter, upgrade or change WASSCE results for a fee.
WAEC has previously warned candidates against fraudsters who promise to upgrade examination results. Results should only be accessed and verified through official WAEC channels.
Candidates are therefore encouraged to avoid sharing their examination PINs or other confidential results-checking details with strangers or unverified individuals.
