The Association of Students of Management and Administrative Studies (ASMAS) at Accra Technical University (ATU) successfully held an orientation session for freshers, equipping them with essential guidance on navigating their academic journey.
The event saw the presence of notable ASMAS leaders and lecturers, including:
- Madam Lawrencia Opare Darko – Department Exams Coordinator
- Dr. Mrs. Emelia Ohene Afriyie – Vice Dean of Students, ATU
- Dr. Emelia Sarpong – Patroness of ASMAS
- Dr. Cynthia Oduro-Nyarko – Head of the Department of Management and Public Administration



These distinguished speakers delivered motivational speeches, advising students on the dos and don’ts of the department and urging them to remain focused on their studies.
The ASMAS President, H.E. Nathaniel Omari Asaiamah, also gave an inspiring speech, encouraging freshers to work hard, overcome fear, and pursue their dreams with determination. He emphasized that fear is a major obstacle to success and should not hinder them from achieving their goals and aspirations.
