Steps to Apply for a Hostel Room
- Log into your student portal (iCampus).
- Tap on “My Applications.”
- Select “Hostel Application.”
- Choose a room according to your gender.
- Tap “Confirm.”
Important Notice
After confirming your room, you must make full payment of the hostel fees to secure it. Failure to make payment on time may result in losing your reservation.

- Download the tenancy agreement form from the portal.
- Print, fill, and sign the form.
- Submit the signed agreement to the hostel porters either before resumption or upon arrival at the hostel to complete registration.
